Bowie is a well mannered dog for the husky breed. Not spayed because was hoping to breed her once before having her fixed unfortunately we bought a house where were husky breeds are not covered under the homeowners insurance. It's imperative that we find a home for her ASAP! Since we consider her part of the family we really hope to find her a good and loving home preferably with a family that will love her and provide her with plenty of outdoor space .She is very good about being crated at night indoors because she has been since a puppy. She is excellent with kids having been raised with my 2 young children and also other dogs. Cats may ... Siberian Husky Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Needs to be Spayed, Needs Vaccinations

Arya, yes I named her after game of thrones :), is very very sweet. She's very playful and energetic, but not so much that it's annoying. She is a big lap dog. Loves to cuddle. I have cats and a toddler. She is great with all of them. I've never seen her around other dogs but our neighbors have dogs and she's not constantly barking at them through the fence, so that's a good sign. I really wish I could keep her but I work a lot and she deserves a home where they have time to give her the attention she deserves.

PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in South Carolina
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in South Carolina if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
