Rescue Me ID: 15-03-29-00062Dakota (male)
Dakota is good with kids and other dogs. He is a young boy between 1-2 years old. He is in the process of crate and house training and he is doing great with it. He has a lot of energy and will need a fenced in yard so he can have play time outdoors to help with his energy, He would make a great running buddy.

Rescue Me ID: 15-03-28-00103Sadie (female)
looking for a good home for our sweet girl. She is very loving, loves to run and play, is great with other animals and people. She is almost 4 years old, up to date on all vaccines and free of fleas. Unfortunately my husband and I are not able to give her the attention she deserves anymore as we are both in school and have a new baby. She is very good with our daughter. We have also moved to a new place where she is unfortunately cooped up most of the time. Said needs a home where she can run and play to her hearts content. Sadie also has a sister who we are also trying to rehome and would love for them to go to a forever home together if possible (see post about Bella the Australian Shepard) (Less)

Animal ID: 15-03-20-00071Koda (male)
Koda was found tied to a tree sharving. My husband and I rescued him with permission from the neglectful owner. We brought him to the vet and now are treating him with medications and food to get him healthy. We already have 8 dogs so we cannot keep him. He is a doll and gets along with other dogs and people. He will only go to a GOOD home.

Animal ID: FCD 160Juno (female)
Juno is a little shy, but is a very friendly girl! She was kept outside most of her life so slippery floors make her a little uncomfortable, but she is coming around! Juno is a very clean dog and doesn't usually have accidents in her run. She loves everyone she's introduced to! Our adoption fee's for dogs start at $125, but can go up depending on extra medical expenses such as heartworm treatment, etc. This fee includes all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, worming and spay/neuter. If you're interested in one of our cats or dogs, please send us an email and we will promptly send you an adoption application and gladly answer any questions you may have! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 14-05-30-00089Ellie May (female)
Someone pointed out that she may be a Carolina Dog breed. She is a big girl at 70lbs. She has been with us about 7 months. She is a sweetheart and if I didn't already have 11 rescues we would keep her. Note that she can be a fence climber so whoever adopts her needs to make her an inside dog and take her out while being supervised or have a 6-8 foot fence. However she only climbed our fence twice when she was younger. She is great in a crate and has been crate trained. If you plan on just tying her up outside please do not apply. Home visit may be required. We desire someone that has handled bigger dogs and someone that can give her a safe and loving home. (Less)

Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in South Carolina if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
