---------------------------------- ----- Please E-Mail Before Calling ----- ---------------------------------- Hello there! First off, thanks for your interest in Sebastian. He is a great dog with a ton of energy! We adopted him nearly a year ago in Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter we headed east for New York City. Seb was great with the move, but misses all the space back in California. We are hoping to find him a new home where he can get the exercise he really needs. We aren't sure if he is good with other dogs. We have a 7lb Min-Pin who he lives here, and they get along great, but I am not comfortable saying that he is good with ... (Read More)other dogs, because I am not sure. He can be quite dominant, always commanding attention. At the dog park he is very assertive in establishing the hierarchy of the pack. Lately he has been getting much more aggressive. He has had a few biting incidents, always do to resource guarding or fear biting. This being said, he can not go to a home with children. He is a great dog that needs some work with a true dog behaviorist. He has brought be unbelievable amounts of joy, but my girlfriend and I don't have the time to commit to him anymore. If you're interested please feel free to contact me. E-mail is best. I have all of his vet records. Hope to hear from you soon. (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in New York
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in New York if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
