Aspen is a very loving and calm best friend. Loves attention and is a great best friend to Denver our Alaskan Malamute! Both are very loyal. We sadly must find a great loving home and new family for our two dogs due to my husband's work relocation. Aspen MUST stay with our Alaskan Malamute (who is also listed) as they have been raised together since 3 months old. They are both 3 1/2 years old now. Aspen is 50 lbs. and in great physical health. She LOVES walks and runs as well as swimming in our pool. Both dogs are great with children as we have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Both dogs have been through a year and a half of dog ... (Read More)training school so they do know commands, are both house-trained as well as kennel trained. (Kennels are included as they sleep in them at night on their own.) Our dogs have literally been raised as part of the family. The adopting family would need a large yard for them to run around as well as block wall or wood fencing. We are very open to adopting them out-of-state as well. We really simply want the best people and living situation for them. We have been advised by a couple professionals that splitting them up could be very detrimental to their mental and physical well-being. Please contact us for more photos are additional information as we are trying to find the best fit for our family members. PLEASE CONTACT FOR PHOTOS AS THEY WILL NOT LOAD FROM COMPUTER OR IPHONE. PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in Nevada
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in Nevada if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
