Hi, I'm Zeus! I'm a really cool puppy. I know, I know, I look big for a puppy, but that's because I'm a husky. And that means I'm not getting much bigger either though. I'm about 1.5 years old and suffer from occassional seizures. I need a home that is willing to understand my medical needs and care for me and love me regardless. I love love love playing with other dogs or sleeping next to my human. I like going on walks and I promise I don't pull on the leash too much. I just like smelling stuff and getting lots of exercise. I even know how to sit and I'll do it really fast too. My foster mom says she's training me how to stay. What she ... (Read More)doesn't know is I'm training her to give me treats if I stand still for as long as she wants. Do you have kids? Because I like kids! And moms. And dads. And cats. And other dogs. Did I mention I like other dogs? (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in Nevada
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in Nevada if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.

lnteresting Siberian Husky Trivia Low-Cost Nevada Spay & Neuter Clinics
Huskies were bred from dogs indigenous to the Siberian Arctic. Huskies are named after tribes of Inuits called Huskies. Teams of Huskies were used during Gunnar Kaasen's 1925 run to deliver diphtheria vaccine to Nome. The last Siberian Huskies were exported from Siberia in 1930, after which the Soviet government closed the country's borders to outside trade.
