Siberian Husky Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Very High Energy, Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Fearful/Anxious

Kylo is just shy of a year (DOB 11/15) and is growing up to be an excellent dog. He came to us extremely reactive to new people, but has since gained a lot of confidence. It still takes him a while to trust new people, but once he does - he's yours for life. Kylo is a Shepherd, Husky, Heeler mix which means he's a boy that needs a job. He is very very active and needs a home with LOTS of daily exercise! He is incredibly smart and will catch on to just about anything very quickly. Kylo is house and crate trained and is friendly with dogs of all sizes. Due to Kylo's fear of new people we recommend an experienced home that is ready to continue ... PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in Nevada
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in Nevada if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.

lnteresting Siberian Husky Trivia Low-Cost Nevada Spay & Neuter Clinics
Huskies were bred from dogs indigenous to the Siberian Arctic. Teams of Huskies were used during Gunnar Kaasen's 1925 run to deliver diphtheria vaccine to Nome. The last Siberian Huskies were exported from Siberia in 1930, after which the Soviet government closed the country's borders to outside trade.
