Rescue Me ID: 14-03-08-00164Juneau (male)
Juneau is a beautiful dog with a good temperament, he's loving and loyal. We rescued him four months ago, he gets along well with our Pomeranian, but has not warmed up to the cats. And although we would love to keep him, it's not working out. Juneau needs a lot of exercise and a large yard. We have a dog house, crate and misc toys etc. there is no adoption fee, we just want to be sure he has a good home.

Animal ID: 13NV1731101Daisy (female)
Miss Daisy was picked up while wandering stray near the Summerlin Parkway. We think Miss Daisy probably went right up to the Animal Control officers because she is just that friendly of a dog. While walking in the park recently, a small dog got away from its owner and ran straight for Daisy. Daisy handled it like a pro with no reaction at all. Although Daisy has seen a few sunsets, she has lots of life and love to give. She is in good health and just wants to be part of a family again. If you think you are the one to be driving Miss Daisy home to be loved for the rest of her life, please go to our website and fill out the online adoption application. The tax deductible adoption donation is only $325 to take this sunflower home with you. So don't be a pansy, pucker up your tulips and give this little petunia the life she deserves. Because changing the world for Miss Daisy is more fun than stopping to smell the roses. (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in Nevada
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in Nevada if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
