Siberian Husky    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Needs Vaccinations, Incontinent

[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Nikita is a very loving senior pup, roughly 11 years old. She loves to be outside, play with people/other dogs, and occasionally dig a little hole to cool off in. She is a great dog, but suffers from incontinence which makes keeping her kenneled while are gone hard on her. We do not have a yard for her to enjoy, so it is with a heavy heart that we are looking for someone who can provide her with a safe and loving outdoor home. She is not updated on shots, and has a slight tremmor in her back legs. There would be no rehoming fee if you are able to provide her with vet care. She would thrive on a farm or ... Siberian Husky Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Submissive
Health: Needs to be Spayed

Took this sweet angel in from a friend who could not keep her but have run into some financial problems ourselves and need to find her a new home asap. She can be shy and skittish around new people and places but warms up quickly and is very loving. I have never seen her act agressivly towards anyone or thing. She loves all animals big and small. Loves belly rubs, cuddling and giving big wet sloppy kisses. Well need a new leash and collar because she resently chewed up the ones she had. We planned on having her fixed but no longer have the money to do so. It breaks our hearts that we have to give her up, she is just so full of love and ... (Read More)happiness. Adoption fee negotiable. Just want her to go to a good home. (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in Nebraska
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in Nebraska if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
