|Rescue Me ID: 14-08-12-00458Bronson (male)|
Bronson is a handsome fellow who is searching for his forever home. After he was dumped off at the Georgia shelter as a stray, it's clearly evident he belonged to someone at some point. He is friendly, healthy looking and has the most soulful eyes in the world. Bronson is a great big boy who would love to be your best friend, your amigo, your confidant! Bronson is allergic to fleas and will need an pet parent to make sure he is kept up on flea and tick prevention. If a flea bites him he gets a little itchy and hair loss. Bronson is completely crate trained and prefers to sleep in his crate at night. It makes him feel safe and cozy like a doggie den! Can he be part of your world? (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 14-04-04-00022Manny (male)|
Manny is probably close to 3 yo. He is energetic. Loves to play. I rescued him from GA last year. I am guessing at which kind of shepherd he is but he has ice blue eyes and a light colored brindled coat, which makes him really stand out. Would probably do with with older children due to his energy level. needs an active family with plenty of room to exercise. I can check with cats, if interested, but I dont believe he is aggressive towards them. He does like to play with others. Would need a high sturdy fence as he is a tall boy. I have not had him weighed recently but hes probably in the range of 65 lbs plus. I believe he is current on shots but can check. He is crate trained. Still acts like a puppy so that's why I said he needs an active family or couple to give him plenty of exercise. I do have a small private rescue and I rescue with intent to adopt out into good homes so i do have a contract for adoption and do the basics to ensure hes going to the good home so serious inquiries only please. I want him to have a forever home. He is an awesome dog and deserves that. (Less)

Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in Maryland if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
