8 year old, sweet-tempered, housebroken boy got separated from his family somehow and now needs a forever home. Loves to run so he needs a fenced yard to play in. He knows the commands sit, shake, and stay. Likes to chase rabbits and squirrels so he probably isn't a good fit with cats but otherwise he's sweet as honey!

Needs a home now. Was living in an apartment and left alone much of the time, with urine and feces everywhere. Very dominate with my dog and needs a forever home. He is a good boy and loving. Does not do well with other animals and very aggressive with food, toys and treats. I am working with him on these issues. I believe his temperament is fixable. He is a good boy!

Abby was taken in by us after her owner passed away. She is 6 yrs old and very active. She loves to run and would make a good working or sled dog. She needs a home where she has a large secure yard or life in the country. Abby has never been around small children so compatibility is unknown. She lives with 2 other dogs but is clearly the alpha of her area. Abby is fixed and has no health issues. She craves interaction with people and is very loving. She has always been an outside dog but does come inside under supervision. I am willing to travel to other states to find her a good home. She has been know to eat a potted plant but doesnt dig ... PIease Read Before Adopting a Siberian Husky in Kentucky
Siberian Husky Dogs can make good pets in Kentucky if they match your IifestyIe. The Siberian Husky is a large Spitz-type dog with a history of being used as a sled dog. Despite its ancient genetics and wolf-like appearance, Huskies are extremely friendly, gentle family companions. Huskies do not make good guard dogs. They are wonderful with children. Huskies do not like to be left alone so it is a good idea to own two of them. Huskies are smart but stubborn; they need firm training but may still disregard commands. Huskies should be socialized with other pets when they are puppies. Huskies need acreage on which to roam and should be sheltered from hot temperatures.
